We ship all orders via USPS, which typically delivers within 2–5 business days (after processing). Delivery times may vary depending on your location and USPS delays beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Zeloria is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact USPS directly. We are not responsible for delays or lost items once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.
